hi again bros

should have included this on my previous thread

can someone check my leg routine:

squat 3x10-8-20(with using lighter weights at the 20 reps)
box squats 3x10-8(interchange with squats each week)
leg presses 2x8-10(only if I boxed)
stiff legs 2x10
cable pull thrus 2x8-6
standing calf raise 3x10
weighted abs and random abs routine(still need proper routine for this)

for back

chin=ups 2x10
deadlift 2x8-6
rack pulls 3x6(interchange each week with deads)
bent rows 2x10-8
lawnmowers 2x10-8
preacher curls 2x8-6
BB curl x DB curl (interchange both each week) 2x6
hammer curls 2x10
then on with random abs workout
