First of all, I shall take my first line to say hello to everyone out here.
Now to provide small history of myself:
I was an obese kid when I was little( till 13y old), though the fact I was very tall ( 5'5 ft at that time / 6'2 now at 20years old)
I started playing basketball and got to a decent state of the physical body ( was losing like 12kilograms/month )
Then 16yold I had to drop it and in between 17y old and 18y old i had a habit of snorting, if you know what i mean. ( and am not proud of this )
In the end I got past my addiction all alone...all good now...but want to make big changes in my life ( already got a good place where I work , new friends , a new girlfriend , want to make a tattoo to symbolize the overcoming of my addiction.
After all this reckless life I lived these past years, my body went downhill in terms of muscle strength , and actual muscle tissue.
I am currently at:
6'22"
180 lb ( just lost 10lb through diet in 2 weeks )
I have a full day schedule [ Getting up at 5 AM , finishing work around 3PM --> getting home somewhere around 7-8 PM, so it's hard to have a (almost-)perfect diet ]
Note: Once a week I go out at night and I drink ( pretty much ).
Main issue I got is:
Because I played basketball my legs always have been in an awesome shape.. ( didn't work out and people going at the gym said they want legs like mine ). But the problem comes at having body fat in the upper leg muscles, as I got very big lower leg muscles ( almost no fat )
Having a lot of bf in the abdominal area, also being the issue
But these are issues resolved with cardio .
Note: I also have an issue ( I think it's from the time I was obese as a child with having some fat that I can't get rid of in the chest area..at first I thought it's slight case of gynecomastia but actually it isn't --> for some time a friends messed up with my head telling me i got man-boobs [ looks a little like it LOL] )
Note: Having using all that "white powder" had big effect on arm muscles ( could see the decrease in muscle )
Now that you are pretty informed on the situation I may ask the questions I came for.
I am aware that any steroid is harmful, and you try to reduce the damage to the maximum degree by informing yourself and knowing your S%!T.
My goal is to lose as much body fat as I can and afterwards slightly increase my weight to no more than 200lbs .
On the process I won't risk doing permanent damage to my body. ( as I already did a lot ).
I am up for discussion of any ideas/suggestions anyone here has in steroid use, diet, and so on and so forth( if there is no hating or discriminating my noobness, that could be even more awesome )
I greatly appreciate taking your time in coming with an answer of what road should I take in order to get to my desired goal.
