Component T-H and Synovex H

Whats up all,
A while back I bought 1 box of Synovex (100 Doses) and 2 packets of Component T-H (20-Dose per Belt 200MG).

I then bought the conversion kits for both from FF and this is what I bought.
- 5C Syno conversion (5C S-Type 5C S-Type Kit)
- Premium 4G Fina Kit Premium 4G Fina Kit

I had everything writen down on how to do the conversion but my HD had crashed and now I am lost. I did do a google search and found mostly all conversions on Fin but nothing on Component. I am not a lab scientist so if anyone can help me slowly how to convert this stuff would be highly appreciated.
