Confused over itchy LHS nipple

Hey, been working in the garden quite a bit and had all sorts of creepies on me. Got a bit of an itchy nipple, now how will I know for sure that its not from a rash or if its signs to take a Serm?
Can anyone help or give more info? Cycle is Deca/Sustanon 400/500 per week split 50/50. Week 14 (ending week 15). Got Nolvadex on hand. No Aromatase inhibitor (AI) was used in the cycle, also, did not get any pimples this round.

I would start running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) immediately

yep... a bench mark for me when doing test . when i start to feel nipples getting itchy i know it's time to start liquidex. eod at first.
