ok the only carbs i get are from breakfast is it bad if i eat mcdonalds for breakfast and just protein the rest of the day?
 
like i said in your other thread, read the cutting sticky. this is all basic shit thats been covered 1000s of times.
 
wait so i cant eat my mcdonalds super sized french fries for breakfast, well what about my milkshake that should be fine right?
