"Officially" you need to mix bacteriostatic water with the hCG if you are going to store it in the refrigerator. However, many guys use sterile water and don't have a problem. In the old days, guys used to even use boiled water I hear, but nevermind that.

Can it be used IM usuing sterile water?

Just inject the hCG sub-q. Much less risk of complications.

All I'm saying is that injecting hCG sub-q is a lot easier, it is just as good, and there is much less risk of abcess if, somebody, you injected something unsterile.

I've ben sticking the needle straight in. I suppose depending on where you inj that's subQ and IM
