Perfect example of why you shouldn't do roids under the age of 25. This kid could have gained all that mass on his won if the pics are correct with a better diet, instead of *eating everything I see but keeping it healthy*.

Good look to you man, and btw I've been reading that Novadex/Clomid are HORRIBLE for post cycle therapy (pct). Your dick still died, you lost the majority of your gains and your life sucked a lot more after then before.

I've been reading on other cycles in another websites in which the individual using the gear never allows the body to shutdown while in cycle and after.

With the history of a winged scapula I have been weak my whole life and a passion for action sports (and helping others) it hurts me internally and by not being as visually authoritative in the eyes of the general public when it comes to nutrition. Im a dietetics major (For now, I think some of their Ideas are shit like many of you likely do too, but Its to achieve the highest accreditation at the moment), and know quite a lot on nutrition, however I desire to be looked up to as well by those who are overweight and or lacking health wise. I strive to have that going for me and to help others inadvertently by looking and acting how they wish they could and providing advice.


Im 5'11 and 155. I sit at 8% bf. I don't look any different than the average "european" like my ancestors. I desire about a 15 pound increase of ACTUAL LBM in the next 1-2 years (I don't care on final weight. I just want effective body mechanics, and adequate muscle size for an athlete) or I will start pinning. Therefore 4 months from now if things have not progressed in the eyes of a medical professional (by measures of BF calipers) I will return to the Idea of pinning at 19.

Flame me and tell me Im stupid or being a pussy if you wish. OR!! you could provide assistance in the light of good ways to eat enough food in a dormitory styled living space while remaining tasteful and nutritionally sound. OR by bringing light into how you or someone you know has overcome bad body mechanics (Muscle virus if you will) and ways to get passed limitations like a winged scapula, snapping scapula,vertibrateic? twist resulting in a shoulder being higher than the other, and a pelvic tilt trouble with one leg slightly higher than the other. Oh and in addition to these an extra vertebrate at the lowest point of my vertebrae.

In short, anything related to body mechanics and adequate intake of macronutrients for muscle growth would help my nerdy ass out.
