Ill give you a purely strength building routine.

Day 1

Bench Press
Squats

Day 2

Deadlift
Clean & Jerk

Day 3

Towel Bench(use a towel or foam pad under your shirt and above your chest...hit the pad with the bar slightly then explode out with the bar as in a normal bench press)
Box Squats

Day 1 and 3 are interchangeable. Also here are your rep schemes: 3/3/3, 5/5/5, 5/3/1, 10/8/6.

Following that routine for a little while will give you great resulkts as long as you work your hardest and dont jip yourself. Use weights that will be challenging yet allow you to fall within the rep in the rep scheme.
