Corn Oil/Olive Oil

I usually use corn oil on the pan when frying steak, it has the same nutrional values as olive oil, 14 g fat, 120 cals. If I use 2-3 TBS when frying, how much of that actually affects my body? Should I count it in my daily diet or should I add olive oil to the steak after it is fried in order to get the fat calories I need?

corn oil may have the same macro-nutritional values as OO, but not the same micro-nutritional values.

probably figure that you end up taking in some amount <100% of the 2-3 tbsp. it really depends.

I think the difference is in the fats. Olive oil is mostly monounsaturated fats. I personally don't fry my steaks in oil but if your going to, I'd just use the olive oil.
