I eat 1 container per day of the "no salt added" variety. It's an easy way to get 64 grams of protein in. Good, bad, too much?
 
I love cottage Cheese! When I pick it up I kill about a container every 2 days. Stuff is addicting haha. It is honestly one of my favorite foods, delicious, scrumdidlyuptcious.

On that note, I can only eat it plain, nothing else mixed in it.
 
one container can be a lot of different things ... i buy my food at sams club & BJ's ... if you hammer down a container from there a day . i think its a bit much !

yeah but is there any way to make it taste good? For instance The chobaini plain greek yogurt, you must not have taste buds if you can eat it by itself, but it tastes great as a spread on on sandwiches or wraps.
