could use some help here. Please chime in

well, i really apreciate you taking the time to post up all that stuff. I really like your version of it. i think i will stick with what i am doing for the next 3 or 4 weeks, then switch to what you are doing.

i like the idea of going EOD. i personally dont like doing a body part 1 time a week. Doesnt seem to do it for me. Just not mentally at least. i feel i recovered well before then, and my muscle is just sitting there when it could be taking another beating.

1 more question. So for your first day (chest\delt\tri), you only do 3 excercises total?
like bench, shoulder presses, close grip?
Do you do warm ups for all of them?
Man, that must be like a 20 minute workout.

how would you make that a 2 day split? Pushing one day, pulling the next?
if you did that, woul dit be ok to still go EOD, or do you think 3 days a week would be all she wrote.

and again, i appreciate the time you are taking here.

If you do the 2 day split most people go with:

(1)Chest/Delts/Tri/Back Width/Back thickness

(2)Bi/Forearms/Calves/Hammies/Quads

With the weights you use, I would go with the 3 day split.

Today I was in and out of the gym in a little under an hour.

Remember, you also have extreme stretching that you do between each exercise.

Also once I am done with warmups I take a good couple mins to make sure I am ready for the R/P set. It's a killer.

ahh. i totally forgot about the stretching part.
still curious if that is even worth the time, but why not give it a shot right.
I like.

i assume you bring something to write in while you are there right? you have to keep track of what excercises you do, what weights you use, etc.
do you add weight to every lift each time you go, or just when you feel you are ready?
also, do you follow the rep range outlined in the thread you pasted, or do you stick with the 8-10 till failure, the 2 rest pause sets.
