I took the advice from many members and stopped eating the reatraunt foods, got into more greens and veggies, wheat and oatmeal and dropped from a fat 253 to a leaner 226 in 3 months natural working out and eating healthy.
Ive been thinking that I would like to up the progress with a simple fat burner or some other kind of fat burning pill.
A couple friends have mentioned taking T3 or Hyrdroxycut, and others Clen.
Im sorta familiar with Clen and the beta's, but I havent really had any expirence.
I tried searching about which one would be best for me, but I couldnt really find any good details.
Any help would be greatly appreciated knowing what happened last time I listened to you philosophers! haha..
