Crashed E2 and heartburn?

I crashed my E2 yet again. I had done a labcorp nonsensitive test and the estradiol came in at 60 pg/mL a while back. I was feeling great but figured I needed to really lower that number so I started taking 1mg Anastrozole every 3.5 days. I retested about 5 weeks later and here are my readings on a bloodtest 24 hours post injection

protocol: 100 mg test Cyp every 3.5 days, 500 IU HCG every 3.5 days and 1mg Anastrozole every 3.5 days

results- HCT 48.7 (37.5-51.0 %)
Serum Testosterone 1312 (348-1197 ng/dL)
Estradiol < 5.0 (7.6-42.6 pg/mL) (nonsensitive)

I've been having symptoms of anxiety, lethargy, and something that feels like heartburn. The heartburn has me worried because of concerns that maybe it is something else- like a cardiovascular issue. I just had a physical and checked out healthy.

Anyone able to chime in on the heartburn-like symptoms?

Well - you pretty much went from no ADEX to a mega dose of ADEX. A starting point might be 1/4th a pill (.25mg) E3.5D. The dose you are at would crash most guys here. Stop taking it for a week or more, then start back up, if you feel you need it, at 1/4th twice a week.

Forgot to answer the original question - I have crashed estrogen a few times, once really really bad - never had heartburn.

The heartburn is probably unrelated unless it doesn't cease after reducing simple carbohydrates for a little while. I've crashed my estradiol a few times, and have at least never noticed them coinciding without a diet change happening simultaneously.
