Is Cream of Wheat just as Good as oatmeal? i was thinking maybe instead of adding oatmeal to my shakes i could do cream of wheat.

It does not have as much protein, but it taste a hell of alot better.

yah i mean i was wonder if the nutritional value was almost the same lol and plus i wouldnt have to put it in a blender unlike oatmeal.
