creatine and kool aid...

ok, i got my creatine monohydrate, and im taking it with kool aid, but today i noticed on the creatine bottle that it says not to take it with acidic stuff.... is that just bull shit? if not, then why can't you? damn, i love kool aid...

Get yourself some pure dextrose, best to mix with creatine and whey post workout.
