Creatine . How effective do you guys find it

Hey guys , so im just wondering how many of you guys use creatine ? How effective do you guys find it , and do u find it does anything for you ? Also do you thinks its more effective when using gear ? I personly cant say i can exactly tell a massive difference when i use it .
 
i use creatine when I'm doing PCT and the wait time between my next cycle. i think it helps a lot during this time especially with the strength. i don't use it during the cycle as i think i odnt really need it since the gears doing a greater job then what creatine would do, but i may be wrong I'm just talking from experience.
 
I have heard that some guys are non-responders. I don't have any evidence for that though . Just anecdotal.

a lot of my friends would say that as well. they have tried close to every creatine they can get their hands on ( most of them work at GNC LOL) yet they say they feel nothing.

My understanding is that is is a small %. 15% of guys or something like that. I am going off memory. Don't quote me on this stuff -- may be all broshit too.
 
I went off it because I was having issues, but in my experience it's good for about 5 lbs. lean mass. I wouldn't say it's something you feel in any way other than fuller muscles from the extra water they will hold.
