Or just skip the creatine on off days all together-this wont hinder gains at all. Creatine mono can decrease appetite which really sucks for anyone trying to get bigger. It is great for strength/muscle gains so keep using it on your workout days, pre or pwo.
When I take creatine its only when I am bulking and I take it every day--I like it without sugar because I get enough carbs from all of the food I eat.
I can't wait I start bulking next week--this dieting is not any fun whatsoever.
