Hey guys, I'm new here. Been training for a while now but find I'm always learning lots of new things, so I'm reaching out for knowledge.

Feel free to critique and help me out. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. I won't be running a cycle on this bulk (currently 100% natural) but am considering IGF-1 LR3 in the very near future.

Pretty positive I have way too much protein with this eating plan.

Here are my stats:
Age: 22
Weight: 185lbs/84kg
Height: 6'1"
BF: Roughly 12%
Body Type: Ectomorph
Goals: lean body mass, minimal body fat gains.

Cals are around 4000, which is about 700 above maintenance.

Aaaaaaaannd GO! (Thanks for reading!)

If I remember correctly I think on a bulk it is recommended to have 2g per lbs protein.
Also for the petite igf 1-lr3 lately the DES has been getting better reviews

The sources of the protein are the serves that fill me up. It just so happens that because I need 200g of chicken to be satisfied, I'm consuming HEAPS of protein. I wanted to go for 2-3g per lbs, but I've ended up in waaaaaaay excess. I suppose if I'm meeting my calorie requirement, and my carb/fat requirements, it won't hurt right?

Thanks for the DES recommendation. I'll do my research on it. I'm not sure how I would get it though as where I get my melanotan from also supplies IGF.

Roo sausages are FANTASTIC! So easy and cheap. $4 for a pack of 8. Each sausage has about 10g of protein. NO fat. The patties and mince are also amazing. The steak is trash though. IMO ofcourse.

Thanks for the input, guys!

Im going back to Australia next year for a few weeks ill give them a try, you have my word!

Mad Butcher will have them in no doubt :)

I'm avoiding any wheat products as a source of carbs because it's been associated with high estrogen levels. I want to get the most out of this bulk.

Don't mix carbs and fat in the same meal? Sounds like garbage to me. Any articles you can provide indicating the benefits of this?

Isn't mixing fats and carbs in the same meals a big no no?

This has been proven a myth. As far as I know fat may blunt the insulin response so one may want to keep fat minimal post workout. Personally, my postworkout meal is my biggest meal containing carbs, protein, and fat. Mostly carbs and protein with a few teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil.

Well carbs make your insulin levels rise and make it much easier to store the avainlable fat your eating at the same time.

Yes, its a no-no. I didn't mean eat them together, i just meant anything more than 1.5g protein is a waste and you will benefit more by adding carbs and fats than protein.

Most try to limit or eliminate fats and its a bad move IMO.

Hell, i think anything more than 1g is probably a waste, curious to hear 3J's take on this.
