Critique my Cutting Diet!

My sleep sched. is a bit different then most. I goto bed at around 3:30-4:00 AM and wakeup around 1:30 P.M
============================

Meal 1: 6-7 Egg Whites/ 50g Protien Shake

Meal 2: 1 cup of oatmeal w/ splenda

-- Workout--

Meal 3: PWO Shake.

Meal 4: Chicken Breast + rice

Meal 5: Chicken Breast + veggies

Meal 6: Chicken breast

Meal 7: Protien Shake 50g + some nuts.


Whattaya think?
 
i dont know your stats, but thats lookin pretty low cal. Also:
meal 1: too much protein, and add some carbs
meal 2: why would you overload on protein in one meal, and then have none in the next?

eat more veggies

eat less meals. no need for 7 meals unless you just like drawing things out way more than they need to be.

yea id say thats too few cals for your size.

i know i, as well as others, do well on about 1.25g protein, 1g carbs, and some moderate amount of good fats when cutting. So for you thatd be about 275g protein, 220g carbs, and probably 60-75g of fat, so in the neighborhood of 2600 calories.

Like i said, the diet you layed is pretty good, but get some carbs at breakfast (when insulin sensitivity is at its best, along with PWO), get some protein with meal 2, load up on the veggies (theyll keep you fuller too), and you can get away with 4-6 meals. Ive done 7 meals before and its a huge, unecesary hassle.
 
Need more fats, your ratio should be 50% protein, 35% fat, and 15% carbs

For you i would say 1441 cals from protein, 1008 cals from fat, 432 cals from carbs
thats approx. 360 grams protein, 112 grams fat, 108 grams carbs
