BF 15 %
Training for past 18 years.
Reason for cycle; Dieting low calorie, I want to preserve muscle mass, Diet is spot on 3J's did a critique couple months ago. Macros 2200 Kcals, 300 gram Protein, 100 grams Carbs; 65 grams fat.
Ive been natty for 10 years, 1st jump back. I a going to be HIIT cardio AM, spot on diet and heavy lifting in the PM WITH 20-30 MIN stair stepper 4 days a week after weights.

Cycle.
AI;arimidex at .25mgs EOD.

week 1-4
Test Prop, 100 mg EOD
T-Bol- 60 MG ED
Week 1-20
500 MG Test E split 2 X per week
900 MG of Primobolan 2 X per week
Week 21-23
Test Prop 100 MG EOD

Weeks 24-28
PCT is going to be the standard nolvadex and clomid protocol for 4 weeks.


QUESTION; Please critique DIET for salmon meal should i just eat 6 oz and have the other 6 oz diff time of day or is 12 oz of salmon ok after PWO shake? thanks!
