Critique my first cycle!

How does this look for a first cycle. I think it's good but just wanted to verify:

Weeks
1 - 12: 500mg test e (250mg twice a week)
1 - 12: 500iu HCG
1 - 12: 12.5mg aromasin ED

13 - 14.5 (for 10 days from last pin): 500iu HCG ED

This begins 4 days after 10 days of HCG^, so that means it's 2 weeks after last test pin.
15 - 17: Nolva 40mg ED
15 - 17 Clomid 50mg ED

17 - 19: Nolva 20mg ED
17 - 19: Clomid 50mg ED

How does it look?

Start the aromasin from the 3rd week because it'll take around that time for the test to kick in, run the HCG 2 weeks before before post cycle therapy (pct) and 2 weeks into post cycle therapy (pct) no need to run it from start to finish and tbh I wouldn't even run HCG being your first cycle and it being test e only you don't need it.

Other than that It looks good bro.

I've heard mixed reviews about the HCG. But I want to ensure as smooth a recovery as possible so I'd definitely use it at least a little bit.

If I were to use it 2 weeks before post cycle therapy (pct) and 2 weeks into post cycle therapy (pct) how much would you recommend I use?

I felt like I didn't even need post cycle therapy (pct) with my test cycle when I stopped taking it I didn't feel any different at all, but it's your choice bro. How old are you anyway? The dosage I'm not too sure on I always forget, I've never ran it but I will be in 10 weeks. See if others add some input.

id do post cycle therapy (pct) since you want to be on safe side. your post cycle therapy (pct) numbers look good. I agree with you mad bro's advice on aromasin and hcg (your planned hgg doses look fine to me).

I felt like I didn't even need PCT with my test cycle when I stopped taking it I didn't feel any different at all, but it's your choice bro. How old are you anyway? The dosage I'm not too sure on I always forget, I've never ran it but I will be in 10 weeks. See if others add some input.

Hopefully I feel the same way. but better safe than sorry.
I'm only 20 at the moment, probably won't cycle for at least another year or so but I just want to make sure I get everything perfect before I do.

you want to run a pct dont listen to anyone who says you dont need it.You cant just say im going to start my Aromatase inhibitor (AI) week 3 cause thats when my test will kick in thats fuckin newb talk.The second u inject test starts to aromatase does that mean u need it from the first pinn no everyone is different some use it when they feel gyno coming on..I dont like this method u want to avoid gyno instead of trying to cure it.Start with a low dose say 7 days in, its safe and u will make nice lean gains with not to much bloat if u need to up it do it also good idea to get bloods to see your E2 say 5 weeks in your cycle this way u can really dial in with the AI

Looks similar to my first cycle. You might need to use your Aromatase inhibitor (AI) before week 3..you can start at 12.5mg E3D or EOD or a lower dosage ED (since half life for Asin is short). And you def. need PCT, no questions asked.

Thanks for the input guys. I guess there's no harm in running an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) right from the beginning at a slightly lower dose just in case.

How about adding something like dbol or anavar? Anavar I suppose is more for cutting so what about dbol? Or should I just stick to test alone for the first cycle?

A lot of folks will tell you to stick to test alone for your first cycle, and I partially agree. I will be kickstarting with Dbol (most likely) for the first 4 weeks while running 500mgs of Test-E. It's a personal opinion..Dbol will put some weight on and a lot of it will be water.

if its your first do test only dont underestimate the power of testosterone.Someone with a good understanding of diet can gain 30 pounds from this cycle
