Critique needed - Tren/Test/Dbol cycle

Let me know your thoughts on my fourth cycle that I am going to start soon. My first cycle was test e only (500mg/week), second cycle was test e (500mg/week) with dbol added, third cycle was test e (500mg/week) with npp (150mg/EOD) and dbol added. All went well.

Week: 1-10: Test prop 100mg eod (350/week)
Week: 2-10: Tren Ace 150mg eod (500mg/week)
Week: 1-6: Dbol 50mg ed
Week 1-14: Aromasin 12.5mg EOD. Increase if experiencing gyno or bloating.
Week 5-14: HcG 500iu/week (2x250iu's, same days as test, but not in same syringe-stop 3 days before starting pct)
Week middle of 15-18: Nolva 40/40/20/20
Week middle of 15-18: Clomid 50/50/25/25
Week middle of 15-18: Creatine (10g/day)
Week middle of 15-18: Vit C (1g in morning and 1-2 g after workout)
Week 1-14: Taurine 2g/day (if experiencing muscle cramps)
Week 1-14: Milk thistle 1000mg/day
Week 1-14: Saw Palmetto 500 mg/day
Week 1-14: Hawthorn berry extract 1000mg/day
Week 1-14: Alpha Lipoic acid 200mg/day
Week 1-14: NAC 600mg/day

Interesting, can you share some stats with us? age, weight, goals etc.
 
I would use aromasin daily. It has a short half life. I would start hcg at the beginning of cycle up to pct. Bump your nac up to 1200mgs a day. I would also have caber or prami on hand in case of prolactin sides...

I would run hCG at 500iu's twice a week - 5 weeks on - 1 week off... then 500iu's twice a week
and stop 3-4 prior to starting your PCT.

I've found 250i's twice a week is good for light cycles - i.e. only testosterone... and anything over
that - bump it to 500iu's twice a week - 5 weeks on - 1 week off... repeat.

As mentioned... your Aromasin plan at 12.5 EOD is pretty low.

I'm a rep for P.S.L. and our Aromasin tablets are 20mg... so I run it at 20mg EOD no matter what my cycle is and
for me, it has been perfect... I've also ran it at 10mg ED and have not noticed any difference... so I just
stick with EOD. But if you are prone to gyno, then I would recommend 20mg ED.

However - that doesn't mean that dose will be optimal for everyone - but I do believe it is spot-on for most people.

But here's a little rundown on "the roll" that estrogen plays...

It's easy to run your AI's too high, which will cause extreme estrogen suppression and can make you lethargic.

Estrogen plays an important part in supporting serotonin... this is one of the body's principle neurotransmitters,
which is vital to mental alertness and the sleep/wake cycle.

Interference with this neurotransmitter is also associated with chronic fatigue syndrome... so we can see how it
is to fatigue specifically.

Also - if you look at estrogen... we known that estrogenic steroids are the best mass builders…
and the reasons go beyond the simple size, weight, and strength increases that you would attribute to estrogen-related
water retention with this hormone having an effect on the process of anabolism..

There is also the increase in glucose utilization, growth hormone secretion, and androgen receptor proliferation.

So you really want to find your own sweet-spot that works for you... for me - I stick with aromasin - it's always worked
perfect in every cycle and... has allowed me to put it on cruise-controle - I don't have to ever factor in what or how much of an AI
am I going to use for each cycle.

The way I run my hCG is the same... I never have to worry about "what dose" is best for my cycles. :D
 
Thanks for the info. I am 41 years old. 6'3" 205lbs. My goal is to add lean muscle mass and shed some fat.
I might bump my hcg up to 500iu's twice a week - 5 weeks on, 1 week off, then 500iu's twice a week and stop 3-4 days before starting PCT.
I will also bump up my aromasin to 20mg EOD.
I am thinking about lowering my tren dose down to 100mg EOD to start with and then increasing if everything is going well.
