Critique, simple TEST cycle

[Ajinkya]

keeping it pretty simple and basic and on a lower side
26 yo, 3 yrs training exp, 179 cms, 175 lbs
Train PPL
Week 1-12 TEST E 500mg, 250mg MONDAY AND THURSDAY
Arimidex .25mg EOD starting day 2 of my cycle
HCG @500iu/week, split up into two pins(Mon/Thurs)

Wait 2 weeks (Arimidex .25mg EOD till 2 days for PCT/HCG @500iu/week)
Week 15: 75mg clomid ED & 40mg novladex ED
Week 16-18: 50mg clomid & 20mg novladex

Have Nizoral shampoo on hand

Will be starting on 1st January, will do the blood work 1 week before..

Main aim is to gain a few pounds, mainly muscle, my brothers marriage, its my 1st cycle.. .
Will be starting soon, once i have everything on hand..

wait maybe little bit longer like 20 days and I suggest aormasin arimidex made me tired as hell and it bad also for lipids. My HDL at the end of cycle was barely in range with adex maybe it would be out of range. I used aromasin 10mg day the only problem is that got acne with it bad skin with adex skin was clear.

Decent 1st cycle plan that buddy, props to you for doing your research...

Adex and Aromasim preference is down to the individual - I don't think it'll make any difference to you which you use, as long as you use one.

Ben, would you not recommend he wait a tad longer than 2 weeks to begin PCT? Last I remember you recommending 3 weeks or more with long estered test? Perhaps it was someone else though.

Ajinkya, nice work finally grasping the concepts though! I never thought I'd see the day to be honest.

I would wait just a hair longer than 14 days beyond last pin. Maybe 18-21 days and then start PCT.

I'd hate to see you take this long getting your first cycle together, to then not recover and have to learn even more to start TRT or do restarts, etc.

Keep HCG the same in that regard as well, if you extend the waiting period in between (recommended), I would run the HCG up to 2-3 days before PCT starts either way!

oh and make sure you have some AI on hand during PCT because many guys get e2 spikes during their clomid and nolva pct.

Any plans for liver support just to be safe? I believe typical N-Acetyl Cysteine on cycle dosage is 1200mg-1800mg a day. I realize there are no orals, but still.

No, i was planning to take milk thistle or NAC, but i dont think its necessary..

I think test E have no effects on liver at all. You better worry about cholesterol blood pressure red blood cells hematocrit. My HDL at the end of cycle was borderline low still in range but few points and would be out of range. Before cycle it was 160 don't remember units now after cycle 104 below 100 considered bad. With adex it would be out of range I guess. Blood pressure 134/90 before 120/80 above 140 is considered bad. Hematocrit was in range for me even though did not donated blood, red blood cells also were ok.

Guys, i just got back from the store.. just buying whatever i need, ive got a problem.. here im not able to find BAC water anywhere.. Im getting sterile water with the HcG, will that do? Im buying Zy-Hcg.. or can i just use proviron, is there any other option?
