Crossfit & cycle

I think I am ready to start a cycle and put on my weight. My girl wants to do this crossfit stuff with her. Will all the running and running hurt the weight I am trying to put on. BTW cycle I'm intrested in is test cypionate & enanthate, aromasin for estrogen
 
it's probably too much cardio if you are looking to pack on the size...you will burn alot of calories if you follow their program. It really is more for helping people who want the leaner look rather than the bulkier look.

Not Necesserily, you can create your own workouts and make it juicefit, but crossfit workouts last no longer then 20mins or so. It's most specific for Sports Athletes, such as football, Soccer, MMA, BMX, ETC.... And eat more you wont loose your gains. I don't think.
 
might have a problem with your blood pressure while on a cycle and do xfit, i have been doing xfit 3 times a week for about two months now its amazing, still hit the gym 4 times a week to. My xfit workouts last normally 30-40 mins weekdays and 60+ on sunday mornings, both strength and endurance, i noticed i have had to up my calories sooooo much. But when you find your nitch in eating you will be good. keep us updated on your cycle/xfit training im interested to hear.
