Can I offer another pumpkin pie alternative??

1 box sugar-free, fat-free vanilla pudding
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
1 c. skim milk
1 c. canned pumpkin (not the pie mix, just the pumpkin)
The spices you use in pumpkin pie

Mix 'em all together...very good...low-cal (about 100-110)...tastes awesome...

Do you cook this or eat it like a pudding?

"Crustless Pumpkin Pie"? Before I put my reading glasses on, I thought it said "Crotchless Panties Pic", which seemed quite out of character for a Phoenixphyre thread.
