Curious, Gonna hit the Gear NEED HELP!

Sorry bud but you are not ready. Stay around the board and read some more. That way you will get an idea about most of your questions. Likes someone said, you are still young and your test is high enough where you don't need any gear.

take me for example. 3 years ago i was 130 lbs. SMALLER THAN YOU. now here i am natural still at 180 lbs. for the last 3 years i busted my ass to gain 50 lbs. just now am i contemplating the thought of gearing up after all this time. you wouldnt believe how many people thought i already was this whole time! nobody believed me that i got this big that fast. BUT ITS POSSIBLE. now granted i have some pretty fxckin excellent genetics from the neck down if i do say so myself, but thats beside the point ;).

bottom line is why get on gear that young that small when after your cycle you will still be smaller than somebody like me who is natural?!
 
Listen to these dudes man aas is not something you can fuck around with, the fact your saying your going to start a cycle and dont even know what an ai is brings a huge red flag, i trained my arse off for 2-3 years and went from 163lbs 20% bf to 170lbs 10% bf then when i hit 25 and did alot of research also had alot of bodybuikdin friends i did my first cycle and went up to 182lbs 8% bf.
my diet was down pack and trained so hard, pretty mch everything i could control was perfect for me.
You need to build a solid base before you start a cycle or your going to wreck bavic on your body mentally and physically.
No ones trying to bea dick on here just bros looking out for eachother.

No offense but you haven't been to the gym in a year and want to cycle before even lifting a weight. To quote your post "i havent worked out in about a year now" anyone who recommends you take gear is leading you down a bad road. You don't have the basics of diet or even exercise down pat. Again steroids are not a solution and are a tool.

You ask how much of the gains you will keep, honestly none of them because in order to keep anything from the gear your diet, training and rest needs to be on point which it is not so the chances of you keeping anything is slim to none. And even if you were to eat properly and train properly at this point in time you would not gain more weight with steroids then you would naturally.

But again this is not what you want to hear because you are looking for a miracle and for someone to condone a poor decision which will not happen from anyone who knows what they are talking about.

thanks to everyone for the replys but heres what im trying to put out there, i need to jump on the cycle to get that extra boost to gain strength during my cycle to start eating like crazy when i add a pracitin i think ws the name appetite boooster straight after my cycle ill most likely gain even during my pct i will use arimidex only if i need it cause ive seen in many places that it suppresses gains will only use it throughout cycle if i see any gyno happening will check my nipples every day while on the gear, im 23 in 3 days at 62 kg is fuking embarassing and benching 55kg at the moment is even more, i think for me its a must to hit the gear because i know for a fact i will be at a better place after i run that cycle. talking about the emotional effects of the gear trust me im under enough stress and fk all at the moment about my size, thats why im pretty commited to doing this cycle and keep training naturally for 2 years after this cycle and hit the gear once again, i like u guys to have a look at it from my point of view and try to help me out. Or ill do this, ill hit the gym for a clean 2 months, i should have muscle memory when i used to weigh 73kg and looked pretty good no stomach fat or anything straight pure muscle,ill eat good, train hard for those 2 or 3 month is i dont see good results ill hit that gear.
I do very much appreciate everyone's replys and have read every single one, but please have a look at it from my point of view and try to help me out and teach me more guys, thanks all

Also like to add that ive been to a doc, my metabolism is very very fast and my test levels were just under average hope that ca give some ideas on what i should do next with ur help.

Chronikgear save you money and sell whatever gear you have. Hit up a nutritionist for a diet or look one up for free on google. Use you money on food you're going to need it! Look up natural ways to boost your test and train like a mofo! Just cause you hit the gear and lift doesn't mean you're gonna get jacked. There is no magic steroid that will get you buff without a proper diet and a ton of hard work in the gym. Just hit the iron for a few years and build a solid base before you even think of hitting gear. Here's a little nugget of info for you if you train large muscle groups it will naturally booth your test levels. IMO if you run gear now and mess yourself up or at the very least don't get the desired results you will just add to the tards that give aas a bad rap. Hope you listen to some of what everyone is trying to tell you. You have a whole lifetime ahead of you don't mess it up early

Dude, do several months of REAL research so you know the ins and outs of a cycle, beyond the dosages. During that time, eat big and lift big. You'll be surprised at the progress you can make on your own if you get SERIOUS about it. A older buddy of mine once told me, "if you're not benching 3 plates, squatting 4, and deadlifting 5 natty, you have no business being on gear....." I didn't listen to him and now I always wonder if I COULD HAVE done it.

I tend to agree with that general assessment, for males who're interested in aesthetics/gym performance enhancement. Tons of other factors, outliers etc.

To nitpick slightly though, I'd make it something like - 10 reps with 1 plate less on each: 10x 2 plates on bench, 10 reps x 3 plates squat, and 10x 4 plates deadlift though. Just my .02
 
If you can't commit to working out hard naturally for an extended period of time you won't be able of willing to do it after your cycle is over, and that is why you will lose your gains. What you will not lose is the changes to your body you may not be fully prepared for or willing to experience.

Think of it like a personal test. If you can work out naturally for a year, eat the right way, get your exercise and diet really down pat and make gains then and ONLY then should you consider AAS. You only have one body and it's not like the supply of steroids is gonna die out, don't cut the corners on this you owe yourself that much.
