I want to know if anyone else is currently working out with a BOWFLEX?

If so tell me what your results have been vs free weights.

My friend has one

He never benched more than 180 or so before and he got the Bowflex and started working out regularly. In two years he maxed on free weights for the first time and pushed 330 one time on bench. He weighs 165 at 5"6".

Maybe you can help me out here then. I have three teeth on top that are broken and hurt really bad. my gums are swolen and bleeding. Stinks pretty bad too. What can be done to help me save my teeth.

Not really. Do you see alot of that stuff in your practice?

seriously. surely some of the less hard core lidters have tried the Bowflex.

No feedback from anyone? Gals?

ok like, 60% of my friends these days have a got a bowflex...no joke
personally, i tried it before and think that its crap...i love the freeweights, they got me up to where i am now and thats quite satisfying for me. although, a few of my friends who own bowflex restistance machines claim that it has made them quite a bit stronger, whereas some say that they hardly ever use it and prefer going down to the gym instead...thats my take on it

Yep, same here.

Its essecially good for your sabilizer muscles, but there is just nothing better than going into a gym and throwing up some cold iron.

I think alot people dont have a bowlflex because they cost about $1500.00 to get all attachments and it is easier to go the GYM and not have to deal with shit being at your home.
