Customs caught some vials, sent me the empty package and I refused it.

Anyone have this happen?

Is that address toast forever?

Anyone heard any new laws for the new year?

how do u know it was Customs? Did it have a tape "inspected by Customs" ..
Customs wouldn't have sent you an empty package, unless they took it for personnal use, & that would be a different story, lol
Perhaps it was the sender ? Perhaps they "forgot" to send u the stuff, or maybe u just got scammed.
