Make homemade gear with small amount of cortical?

For one reason or another I've come across a 30ml vial of Dexamethasone sodium phosphate http://www.healthsquare.com/newrx/dec1119.htm and was wondering if I can use it with my next home brew. If so, what percentage should I use?

I couldn't fathom why one would want to combine catabolic steroids with their anabolic steroids. This completely goes against the point of the anabolics, and if simply reducing injection pain is desired, there are other ways to do this without ruining your gear.

I myself could actually benefit from that little vial during time periods when my asthma takes a turn for the worse, although oral prednisone is damn cheap.
