cuttin diet - breakfest??

ummmmm....anything healthy.

just because its breakfast doesnt mean it has to be a special breakfast good.

complex carbs and lean protein.

whole wheat waffles with sugar free syrup are a good sub for the oats. they sell frozen ones that aren't too processed. i eat them shits all the time

waffles...thanks that sounds like an idea jsut cause i live in australia and i visited 2 supermarkets and i cant find egg whites here. and i dont wana get whole eggs , take the egg whites out and leave the yoke cause that would b a waste of eggs then. but thanks anyways l'll find sum waffles.

eggs are ~$1 a dozen. billions off eggs are produced every year. They are cheap, and in no short supply. Dont worry about wasting a few egg yolks. Egg protein is one of the best proteins anyway.

I like oatmeal with Muscle Milk protein powder (I love cookies and cream) mixed all together with hot water. If it is a post workout meal in the am I add a bowl of fruit like strawberries, bluberries, banana, etc.
