Cutting and Cardio

Right now i'm trying to maintain my weight and muscle mass and just burn off the last bit of fat. I work out first thing in the morning and im wondering what type of cardio I should be doing. I've been doing sprints, and I just started trying out the HIT training today. What have all you done that's shown good results in burning off the fat?
 
anthing that burns cals is good...
best thing is prolly sprints or some form of interval training

bikes
running
treadmill
