Cutting Cycle Opinions Anyone!!!!

I am starting my first cutting cycle, after three cycles:
Cycle History
1. Just ran test e for 10 weeks 3 years ago
2. Testoviron and D-Bol for 8 weeks 2 years ago
3. Sustanon 250, Anadrol 50, Deca-Durabolin for 10 weeks a year ago
(Great mass builder, went from 165 to 201, some bloat)

Now i want to try a cutting cycle after being off a year from juice...been lifting for more than 5 years now...
Stats:
5'6
174 lbs Before i started dieting
18% Bodyfat

Ive been on a strict diet, weight training, and cardio now for a week
Ive gone down to 167lbs..???? On bodyfat now.

I have with me:
2 bottles Eq
1 bottle Tren
100/10mg Winstrol (winny) pills
Also been supplementing with Muscle Milk, Pro-Whey, Multi-vitamin, Glutamine, and Lipo-6.

Im thinking somewhere along the line of:
10 week cycle
Week 1-10 400mgs of EQ
Week 1-5 250mgs of Tren
Week 5-10 25mgs of Winstrol (winny) ED
PCT: Nolvadex/Arimidex
Lipo-6 throughout the ten weeks
Again supplementation with Whey Protein 3 times a day, vitamins and glutamine, thinking about buying some water retention pills.
Diet:
Breakfast: 6 egg whites
Protein shake
Glass of orange juice
Snack: Protein Bar or Shake
Lunch: Grilled chicken Sandwhich w/ wheat bread
(somewhere along those lines)
Snack: Protein Bar or Shake
Dinner: Either 6 oz lean steak with veggies or Fish with veggies
And the last shake of the night

Total Protein in shakes 100mg Protein plus food. Trying a high protein diet, lowering the carbs and sodium, and low calories. Drink nothing but water.

Ok guys i know its alot but i pretty much got everything in there you guys need, so please i would appreciate anyones opinion on cycle, diet anything i would glady appreciate it.
 
heres what i would say:
1. cut out some of your carbs (use them when you wake up and post workout)
2. start doing cardio in the morning before you eat (30 mins at least 3x a week)
3. start bringing in some good fats in the evening, make your post workout your last carb for the day.
4. drop the protein bars
5. limit yourself to two shakes a day (one post workout)
6. eat more small meals (7), more protein from real food (meat)
7. keep protein at at least 220 grams.
8. make sure your veggies are green (peas and beans don't count)
9. cut out your condiments
10. don't cheat
Try that for a while and see if you still think you need to run that cycle. and...nothing in that cycle is going to help you lose weight, except maybe the tren, maybe. it will help build and preserve muscle while you enter a catabolic state. but, thats just what i would do.
 
cutting cycles are for people with low bf% to retain mucle and energy on a calorie restricted diet.
all you need is a clean diet, you can reach 12% naturally without risking the harmfull effects steroids could give at your bf% (high rate of aromatization, high bp)

not really. it is totally normal for someone to hold more bf in the off season/bulking phase. aromatization and bp will be slightly higher but that's what arimidex is here for.

plus cutting hard right now he risks losing a lot of hard earned muscle from the last cycle. he already ended at 201 and now is 167.

im more concerned about his inability to retain the mass from the cycles he did in the past.
 
I agree. its silly to cut with steroids at 18%. Plus, if hes 167 and 18% he really doesnt have much LBM in the first place so whats there to preserve? Sounds like he still has alot of room to learn in the diet/training area without gear.
