1-10 100mg test prop x 3 times a week
1-8 100mg tren ace x 3 times a week
2-8 T3
1: 25mcg
2: 50mcg
3: 75mcg
4: 100mcg
5: 75mcg
6: 50mcg
7: 25mcg
Im 26, 228 lb, 6'3, 15% bf. This will be my 3rd cycle. previous 2 cycles have been bulking cycles. I have never tried cutting before and would love to sit around 10% all day every day.
What do you guys think of the above? as in test and tren dose? and T3 dose for my weight. I have never run T3 before and I have heard it can strip a lot of muscle aswell if you take to much so Im hoping the above test and tren dose will be suffice to combat muscle loss.
I eat 6 times a day and have 2 shakes. For this cutting cycle I will be eating high protein and low carbs. I was thinking of only adding carbs with breaky to kick start the metabolism and then before and after training. All other meals will just be high protein, good fats and veg.
