Cutting Out Red Meat From Diet

Study's have shown less red meat in your diet can cut fat easily and eating chicken and fish can fill all vitamins except B12.

Does anyone know a good B12 supplement or even a food with lots of B12?
 
Red meat is a must if you want to be healthy. Eat grass fed beef. It's high in CLA.

Just so you know, I eat ribeye steak while I'm cutting. And I still lose fat just fine. Why? Cuz cutting is all about caloric deficit. Just gotta make sure it fits into your macro.
 
^^^argentina maybe, I dont know. Your b12 will be fine even if you don't supplement specific b12 as long as you eat balanced. Best b12 is injected or sublingual if you want.

I am vegetarian and been that way for 34 years so biased but do not think you need me3at to get big, but you got to eat variety. If I were to eat meat would do the grass fed only, no corn fed and no big company stuff. Watch food inc and or food matters
