I have a problem with fat right now, I have a healthy diet, really healthy, and I go to the gym and do cardio 5 days a week, I'm 21, male, 5'11'', I'm about 165 pounds all muscle cause i dont take any supplements but protein shakes and vitamins, i was a really skinny guy and i gained weight through the gym but somewhere in the middle i got this annoying little fat accumulation on my belly and i dont know how to get rid of it, cause i keep doing cardio and i loose fat everywhere but there, lately is getting smaller but it is still there, and i shouldn't have those type of problems cause of my type of body, i would like to know if CLA or Fish Oils would help me to lean out or what should i use in this case, thanks for any feedback, is really greatly appreciated.....
