When I want to cut, I boil all my meat, like that I don't use oils. Eat brocoli at every meals with asparagus for fibers. No peanut butter, no jelly, im never buying fast food or frozen meals... White fish, white chiken, tuna, white eggs and then I don't enjoy any meals... High proteins, low carbs, taking multi vitamins, fish oils, iso protein. For me, it's the way 2 go.
