What would be better to cut with prop? Sterile oil or b12? Will it reduce pain?

Why don't you get straight 50mg/ml prop? It's painless!

Lol, you should obviously add some sterile oil to make it about 65mg/ml. That way, it will be very stable (no crystalization at the injection site).
