Im on week 5 of my bulking cycle. How do y'all go about cutting after a bulking cycle and keep most of the mass you gained? I would like to shred up but how do you do it without loosing muscle?

i think he's referring to how long after pct... in which case this won't be right.

if you cut right out of PCT you'll lose a lot. i'd wait a while. maybe a month, maybe more, after PCT before you even think about it.

some people have a different perspective though. I've read a lot about running cycles bulk-bulk-cut. the idea behind it is if you bulk and then immediately cut, you'll lose a lot of muscle. so bulk - sustain your muscle for a period of time - bulk again - sustain again - then cut and see where you are at.
 
Certain things can help you carry over though and make the switch. Consder SARMs or peptides as an "off" cycle that will help you maintain mass before going into hardcore cutting modes. Ostarine would be a good choice with maybe CJC to maintain muscle and strength. Start 176-191 to begin fat loss. MII can hlep with ab fat as well.
