Hey guys... I am 23 years old and have been training for around 5 years... I am 6ft 3 and 195 pounds... Very lean. I am interested in doing my first steroid cycle and I have done around 2 weeks of research... Would this cycle be a good one for me to start on?


Weeks 1-4
*500mg testosterone per week
*40mg Danabol Ds (Blue hearts) Per day
*1 quarter tablet of Fincar per day (1.25mg)
*1 quarter tablet of Arimidex every other day (0.25mg)
*1 tablet of clomid every other day (50mg)
*320mg of standardized Saw Palmetto Extract per day


Weeks 4-10:

*1.25mg of finasteride per day

bahaha i see what you did there. i know where you got that cycle from. i did the same cycle almost a year ago. but anyways, first off, listen to ^^^^ about post cycle therapy (pct). second, its always a better idea to just do injections for your first cycle. so if i were you i'd drop the dbol. also, for my next cycle i dropped the fincar since i read a lot about it having some serious side effects. do more research about it. also, dont just go with the 0.25 mg arimidex EOD. start with that and then a month into your cycle do blood work to see if you need to up that dose. i did 0.25 and noticed signs of gyno and upped my dosage immediately. different people react differently but better safe than sorry. IMO its a really good cycle. oh and for the saw palmetto, separate the dosage into 2 daily doses. whenever i took the 320 at once i would get a bitch headache (one of its side effects).

Thanks for the advise lads! .... So basically forget about the clomid, Arimidex, Fincar and Saw Palmetto Extract until 2 weeks after the cycle and then run them for around 4 weeks ? And forget about d-bol...So my cycle would look more like this;

Weeks 1-12:

*1 tablet of clomid everyday (50mg)

And for post cycle therapy (pct) bro just run clomid and nolvadex. Clomid 50/50/50/50 and nolvadex 40/40/20/20. Drop all the other shit keep it simple and easy. Thanks for the advice mate ... Ive noticed that "cycle assist" is a cheaper than n2guard... is this a good alternative ?...Also for price reasons... Would i get away with just using Nolvadex as i am on a tight budget?? Finally I intend to keep all of my hair and hopefully not lose any at all during the cycle... have you got any tips on how i can do this and what prodcucts would help ?
