Cycle for Elite Gymnast

DipKing

YAYYYY!!
I'm an elite gymnast, specializing in floor, rings, and vault apparatuses. I'm 21 years old. At 5'8, 189 lbs, 5% bodyfat right now, I am huge for a gymnast. I started later than most guys so my growth plates were still going strong and those other bastards didn't grow as much. I know I'm going to get flamed for what I've done, especially at my age, but with this sport you do everything you can to try and be the best. I only have at best five or six years left in me before my body just refuses to perform, so I'm making the best of it. LOTS OF GYMNASTS USE STEROIDS TOO. Crazy guys in Houston use IGF-1 to try and learn new skills faster...I don't know anything about that but...anyway. I'm looking into a new cycle soon. I am NOT looking for any bulk or huge increase in size. That will only hurt my performance. If anything just faster recovery times and strength to increase my training progress. I've done 4 cycles in the past. Yeah, I know I'm going to get flamed hardcore for this.

First Cycle: June 2011
Test P: 100 mg/ed/10weeks
Tren A: 100mg/ed/7weeks
Yes...tren was in my first cycle.

Second Cycle: January 2012
Test Suspension: 50mg/2x ed/4 weeks

Third Cycle: March 2012
Turinabol Suspension: 50mg/2x ed/9 weeks
Clenbuterol 2 on 2 off

Fourth Cycle: July 2012
Test P: 100mg/ed/8 weeks
Tren A: 100mg/ed/8 weeks
Dianbol: 50mg/ed/4 weeks

I took Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) for all of these and my friend hooked me up with post cycle therapy (pct). Can't remember exactly what they all were though.

Some of these seem like bulking cycles, but I diet hard and do intense cardio year round. I'm not looking to gain any more weight or bulk. Most of my weight is in my upper body. It's good gymnastics. I'm not looking for an aesthetically pleasing body. I'm looking to perform. But that being said I need to stay within the weight range I have now or go lower. I work on hypertrophy 2 or 3x a year during off season, but besides that I don't touch a lot of weights and stick to body weight exercises or planks and holds. I'm thinking of doing a low dose of tren a/test p and 75 to 100mg of anavar with some clen for my next cycle. I'm not sure though. Any advice on what I should do for my next cycle would be much appreciated. I'm definitely not a novice, but I don't know as much as I need to.

You are going to gain weight with these compounds. IGF 1 lr3 is actually a great choice for you. Helps with muscle recovery, injury recovery, builds good clean muscle, and helps you lean out as well. I think your buddies are doing the right thing. If your in it to win it you should do some REAL HGH too. There's a lot of bullshit HGH out there. The HGH may help you get more than 5-6 years out of your career.

Wow man, not a lot of time off in between cycles at all. You get any bloodwork done? Seems for some of these cycles you may have been better served just staying on and combining cycles as opposed to coming off for one month and getting right back on.

Dbol for a gymnast is surprising too... well, to me at least it is.

Dude what are you doing? Slow the hell down. Elite gymnast or not your not giving yourself in between cycles to fully recover. Your gonna do permanent damage and your gonna be sorry when your boys aren't producing natty test. Pct or not it takes months and sometimes 6 months to fully recover from 19 nors like tren n deca. Your not being smart. Look around here for information before you do more harm then good to yourself if you havebt already. We all want to use PEDs to take us to the next level but with the way you cycle your gonna make later in life a challenge. Be smart.

This is true. I was very rash with my decisions during these first cycles, especially when results started pouring forth. And I'm not just talking about muscle development and fat loss, but a huge increase in skills and strength.

Hmmm, I've thought about it before. I've always heard it's bound to cause cancer later though. And I'm not sure how the increase in muscle fibers would affect me. Seems to be used a lot in my sport though. Like I said before, guys in Houston use it to help learn skills faster, encode it in muscle memory or something. Not sure how much validity is behind that, couldn't find anything about it and most bodybuilders don't use it for that purpose. What I"m looking for primarily is the muscle recovery and increased "pump". It's worth a look into.

Well this was during a time I had partially torn my achilles tendon, and there wasn't much hope I would be able to return, so I thought screw it. But I had a checkup recently and my doctor told me he has never seen anyone recover this fast before and if I was careful I could continue training in 6 months. Not sure if that was because of the cycle I was on or what..

I am surprised that you were able to perform well and do lots of cardio while running all that Tren. It usually gets you winded just climbing a flight of stairs.

first of all... seems u got out of the gate in a hurry lol

can't change what's already been done, so keep moving forward... I would recommend a 20wk test/primo cycle, something like this;

weeks 1-20
test e or cyp 200mg per week
primo 800-1000mg per week
igf-1 100mcg ed

wait 15 after last injection to start post cycle therapy (pct) (clomid 50mg/nolva 30mg for 30 days)

this "kind" of cycle will help u to achieve the goals u have in mind (get stronger, but not much increase in bodyweight)

lastly... I'm aware gymnasts keep their bf% quite low year-round, but I highly doubt u are 5%... that is nearly impossible to keep on a day-to-day basis, not to mention the toll it puts on all the organs of the body when bodyfat is too low... 8-10% is much more comfortable, and much more believable. U do know that pro bodybuilders on the Mr. Olympia stage are at 5-7% bf during the contest right? most of them keep their bodyfat <15% at other times of the year

hope I can be of some help... I understand the needs and requirements of a "high-level" athlete... performance SHOULD come first, NOT health, or u would just be an average joe like the rest of us ;)

Thanks for the advice! Much appreciated! As of now yes my bodyfat is around 5%. It's due to the training my coach has us doing and he keeps up on a vegan diet to try and lean us out some. It sucks because I grew up on a cattle farm so I'm used to eating the cow not what the cow eats. Off season I go up but not too much. I'll look into that cycle. IGF is a new concept to me, but everyone seems to recommend it. Definitely worth looking into.

Honestly didn't hurt my gymnastics too much. I could still perform, besides the occasionally intense pump I'd get on rings. Sometimes my lats would get so bulged up it would hinder my shoulder flexibility haha...but sometimes we're forced to run...I thought my calf was going to tear my shin off

dude look in to primo. 1) u can use for a long time. 2) its fairly mild on u 3) it doesnt make u gain huge amounts of weight (just quality muscle).

Ya but primo is very expensive and its hard to find good good primo

Price isn't an obstacle for me. I have a generous buddy who is very good to me. I've actually only paid for my first cycle, the rest were just fronted to me, which may explain my short times between cycles (overzealous and it was there), and I've never had a problem with quality. This is all very good advice. Once again thanks for all the help guys. I appreciate it.

A question about IGF-1. If I understand correctly, not only does it increase the amount of skeletal muscle fibers, but most other things in the body (internal organs, cartilage, bones, ect.). So since I have a partially torn achilles tendon at the moment, would taking this actually assist in healing the tissue in that area?

Igf is good stuff. Gh is better for raising igf 1. It raises it about 100 per iu of gh. Other chems like tren also raise igf levels. Igf research chems are good but are not the real deal gh. Hgh would make it heal quicker.
