cycle injury in first week?

Basically I'm 1 week into a dbol/test cycle and
whilst doing a warm up set on the pec dec (all
benches were being used) as I pushed out I felt a
sharp pain in the back of my shoulder. Feels like a
ligament or tendon strain or something. Stopped
doing my chest and moved on to biceps which
was sort of ok to train and did a decent few sets
before it started to hurt a bit.
ROM is limited at the moment and very painful to
exert any force in certain directions. Pain has
subsided a bit since last night though there's no
way I can train at the moment for at least a few
days.
What do I do with regards to taking my dbol and
training? Should I maybe drop the dbol dose to
10/20mg day until I can train again to stop me
losing all the weight I've gained (10lb in 7 days)
or keep normal dosages? Or drop altogether?
And what should I do about my shoulder? Just
wait until pain goes away? I don't feel that its
serious enough to go get checked out.

id wait a week before using it again , continue the cycle and dose everythign as normal , just go in and train legs , abs if u can , do what u can for a little bit , dont stop now

Wasn't planning on stopping, just wether to drop the dbol for a few days and how long to wait before restarting training. Think ill just go try and do back tomorrow and see how I feel because the pain seems to come from pushing and not pulling. Triceps are virtually fine so might do back/triceps then thursday legs/abs and then try shoulders on saturday and see how that goes
