Hey all, I'm 23 5'10 185 15% Been Training for a few years.
Thinking of starting my first Test E cycle (Pharm grade) running it 600mg per week for 12 Weeks
With Nolva for PCT 40/40/20/20
I have a few questions on what else I should be running?
My goal is to recomp, rather than a pure bulk, where should my cals be at to accomplish this. I train 5x a week and do Hiit 2x per week, once on off days and once on arm day. My Natty maintenance cals are about 2200-2400 depends how hard I train and how active I am. Should I eat at say 2600 for recomp on AAS?
Also would training fasted enhance fat loss since the AAS will preserve muscle more?
For dryer gains should I run an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) like Aromasin?
I know many people who don't use HCG, what are your thoughts on this?
