Hey guys. I'm new here but have been stalking the forums for roughly a year.

I'll start with my story. I am 26 years old, 6'0, 190 lbs. I had been lifting consistently for a solid year before I had something happen in my life that was quite traumatic. I won't get into any details but it caused my lifestyle to change dramatically. I went from 195 lbs to 170 lbs and lost a lot of muscle in around 2 months time. In March I decided that it was time to get back on the horse. I began to eat normally (healthy), and got back in the gym. I avoided cardio for obvious reasons. I am now at 190 but my BF% is around 16%.

I have never been massive or shredded by any means and I will post a current pic at the end of this post (camera date hasn't been set). My question really comes down to this. I have been debating on doing a Test E 500mg/w cycle for 12 weeks. My question is whether or not, based on my picture, I should even bother with a cycle now or should I continue working at reaching my maximum potential?

Any opinions would be much appreciated guys, thanks.
 
I say train and diet a little longer. you can grow naturally alot more since youve only been back in the gym 3 months. Best of luck

No worries. Better to start your own rather than hijacking. If you need any diet advice, i would suggest hitting up 3j. Plenty of knowledge on here also about training if you need advice there, and when youre ready for aas, MOST of the answers are here
 
Sounds good. I don't have 50 posts so I know I can't pm him, should I just post in the general diet forum asking him for some advice?
