Cycle Schedule, PST - newbie questions.

Gentlemen,

Please excuse any mistakes, english is not my first language and i might use some wrong words/expressions/grammar.

I am starting cycle (not my first one, but i did have a break for 3 years and i want to clear some things, my cycles were not professional at all, so everything is gone now.)

I am a new member and i did read a lot of threads on this forum, but i still wanted to make a thread, just to make sure i understood everything i read right and correct, some things are notvery clear to me due t language barrier, sorry.

My plan for cycle is:
Weeks 1-8:
D-bol 50 mg for first 2 weeks eod
Deca 400 mg per week
Test (mix of E and P) 400 mg per week
Week 8-14:
Tamoxifen 40mg eod for week 8-12
D-bol 50 mg for the last 2 weeks eod
Deca 600 mg per week
Test 500 mg per week

Now the question:
As i understand i need to get something for PST (i plan clomid and HCG - when and how much should i start take them?), also, do i need to take something like armidex during cycle?

Please, if you got time, give me some pro kick advise, or let me know if i violated any rules by posting that thread.

Oh dear, it's a good job you posted this up before starting... so many things wrong with this cycle!

My age 26, height 6'2", weight 175lb (can't tell you my body fat, not sure how to measure it, but i am very very dry as i did a lot of cardio past year). I was 195lb, but then i was doing a lot of muay-thai which dropped my weight to 170, now i want to gain and i will only train in the gym - no more boxing.

My past cycles were:
5 years ago i did deca only for 8 weeks, no PST at all. 3 years ago i did similar cycle to what i have posted now, used HCG and clomid for PST, later lost almost all i gained but i started muay-thai so i wasn't very concerned about my weight.

Weeks 1-13 - Deca - 500mg p/w - DON'T ALTER DOSE DURING CYCLE!!!
Weeks 1-4 - D'Bol 50mg - NOT LAST 2 WEEKS!!!

HCG to be run from Week 1 until 3 days before starting PCT @ 500iu per week (2 x 250iu)

Arimidex to be run from week 1 for the duration of the cycle until just before PCT - start point 0.5mg EOD - tweak this depending on bloods.

PCT (2 wks after last Test E pin)
Clomid - 50/50/50/50
Nolvadex - 40/40/20/20
NO HCG during PCT!!!

Tamoxifen only to be used if high oestrogen sides appear, or blood work signifies it.

NB: Your previous cycles have been shocking!
Poorly planned, no method behind them - you have been lucky!

There is no need to play around with drugs so much when on cycle - formulate a simple plan - AND STICK TO IT!

Yes, HCG from week 1 of cycle. No point letting the testes go out of action and then trying to address it later!

Bigben, just wanted to say thanks again for helping a newbie in need. Currently running 8 week and already gained 28 pounds, very very good pounds, looking good, doesnt feel like i am swallowed or pumped with water. Also a LOT of strength gain. Sticking to your plan. Thanks again everyone. Sorry no photos - didn't make any.

How many calories are you eating daily? 28 lbs in 8 weeks doesn't sound likely. I suspect you are holding a LOT of water. Are you using an AI? Any edema in your calves?

Thank you a lot for taking time and working with me, sir. I eat 4-5k, mostly 4k, depends on my job (sometimes i have time to take extra meal, sometimes not). I must mention that during this cycle i started to eat A LOT of farmer cheese with nuts mix (quick to prepare and i always have it in my office, so every 2hours i eat farmer cheese with nuts). I am using Arimidex as suggest by bigben. And no, no edema and i am not as pumped with water as i was on my previous cycles, i really got good mass (i am not super ripped, but not a lot of water also) I went from 74 kgs to 90, some water went away and now i weight 86kg, but with small belly. I am very satisfied with this cycle, also i think the roids i got are very high quality. Sorry again no photos - i have reasons that won't allow me to show my body :(.
 
You are talking about 3.5 pounds gained per week on average. That requires a surplus of about 12000 calories a week. I still think you are holding a lot of water based on that math.

You are right, i was assuming the same, but comparing to previous cycles the amss i am getting is really lean, i hope not a lot of water will go out and i will keep as much weight as i can. What is the best way to keep the mass post cycly? More training or more eating? Or both? Or maybe vise-versa - get some rest? Thank you a lot for coming back and making me more educated on this question, i really appreciate it!

Running PCT and having a good diet are key.

You need to get blood work too on cycle to see if your E2 is dialed in correctly.
