Hey everyone! I'm getting back on the gym grind and I'm wanting to cycle again. Let me give you some brief info about my history. I'm 135lb. 6' extremely cutt and muscular but skinny and a hard gainer. I've been working out off and on since i was 20 and I'm now 25. I have cycled before but not correctly "beginners stupidity" I started with a 10 week cycle of DECA 250 doing 1ml. per week. This was in 2011 and at that time i was working out 5 days a week sometimes twice a day. I was also taking typical supps from Vitamin Shoppe. I noticed incredible strength gains as well as weight gains and size. It was nothing insane but I was very happy with the results. Although I did no PCT my diet only consisted of eat as much as possible. They next cycle I bought was Test Prop 100. This was horrible. Injected once in the glute and had such horrible pain i could not even work out and limped for like a week "i do know how to inject btw so that wasnt the issue" maybe bad gear Idk but i tried one more time in my quad and that was the same situation NO GOOD. I'm now getting back into the swing of things and recently picked up Another bottle of DECA 250 and 50 20mg. Dbol tabs. Im looking into buying another bottle thats DECA and test e at 450mg/ml. I need some good advise on what to take when to take it, a good PTC what weeks to do the PCT, some diet tips. ANY help would be greatly appreciated because no one I know does it the right way. I dont know the right way but i can tell when careless people are doing things the wrong way. I'm committed and want to do everything as legitimate as possible.
