Cycle to Fix Car Accident Injury

Busted my arm up pretty good ~5 months ago. Doc & OCS physical trainer long since cleared me to lift & lift heavy. Working my way back up to a reasonable strength so this cycle won't be happening for another 2-3 months at least. Why not plan early though.

Purpose is a straight bulk, but I'll be doing cardio minimum 4x/week. Goal is for military service, so I'm not very concerned about aesthetic goals on this one. Need to recoup lost strength & endurance from shriveling up in a hospital bed for a week (obviously after I'm strong enough w/o the gear).

Age 23. This would be my 3rd cycle, 1st being test e/dbol & 2nd being just test prop. My idea for the (eventual) third:

Test E @ 600mg/wk - 14 wks
Deca @ 400mg/wk - 12 wks
Adex throughout
caber
HCG blast last 4 wks
After the 2 week wait-time, nolva 40/40/20/20, clomid 50/50/50/50

Thoughts/criticisms/advice?

Deca should be ran a lot longer then 10 weeks unless your using npp. U didn't mention that though. Starting pct 2 weeks after last pin is a thing of the past. Look up the pct calculater for a more accurate time. Look into a dopamine antagonist too.
 
Deca for the tendon/ligament relief. I'll be doing a decent bit of cardio and I heard the "lubricating" effects help with the knee pain I get, even if it is only temporarily masking it. I could also use the extra pounds from the deca, too. Forgot to mention caber for anti-prolactin.

Huh, PCT calculator saying I should wait closer to 3-4 weeks. Fancy shit. I want to stick long-esters, so deca/E are what I'm looking at for now. Would you suggest 14 wks E & 12 weeks deca, then?

I'm small now. Wouldn't touch the stuff until I'm 175 or 180 at least, height 5'10". Hoping muscle-memory will do me some good here while I prep natty. Keeping time in mind, as I want to enlist before I'm 25 preferably.
 
Yes, 14 weeks of test and 12 weeks of deca is much better. What is this HCG blast you speak of? I would run it from week 2 up to 3 days prior to PCT.

I think ur cycle is good bro.. Just careful where u get ur test, u dont wanna get deca dick hahah

I dont like bulking cycles longer than 6-10 weeks even with long esters and long cycles for cutting 12-16 weeks.. Do some research urself too, dont rely just on the forums.. A lot of people here like really long cycles for long esters but i have to disagree from my own experience.. I have friends who take long esters and get all their gains on 2-6 weeks while others only start seeing gains by week 6-8 or something.. It will depend on ur own body but mainly bulking cycles should be short with short or long esters
 
Not sure why you would do a cycle before boot camp you will lose all of your muscle when you go. Maybe wait till after training.
 
ur thoughts ondeca are good but mainly foreither us older lifters or guuys moving very serious weights.

now I m not trying to be a nay sayer but to bulk up prior to boot camp is exactly what you do not want to do. running 4 times a week is great but if your serious about getting ready for boot, get some combatboots ( keep lifting and eating !!!!) and start running in those. Hump 2,,4,8,12 miles with a ruck with 60 pounds plus..max out pull ups, push ups and sit ups...if you go Chair Force or Gravy boot won t be that bad..if your going Army it ll be more challenging..if you go Corps..bulked up, with 83 days of 2 phone calls and a address book and bible , you l be fucked. Shin splints, sore knee s etc...

AAS and boot do not mix...you ll crash...when r u planning on signing ?
 
I'll do some more reading about the length of cycle & HCG options, thanks for the input all.

@Teutonic Going army for a potential RASP contract, and I want to sign by 2 years from now so I'm playing the long game. I'm not really worried too much about boot, my broken ass right now could probably slide by if I was going to be a pog or something. But I want size now so I can cardio my face off after the cycle. By the time I hit boot + AIT, I should be long off the juice. Thx for the advice on the combat boots, bet its a whole nother world running with those blocks of concrete on.
