First off I don't have a gym. I have very little time due to having kids in sports. So I workout at home. Ive done several cycles of different gear in the past when i was young and dumb. Im going to start another cycle with test and probably anavar in a few months. Im wanting to put on around 10-15lb lean bulk. Ill have a good diet. Question is, I'm going to do a cycle while doing mainly plometrics, push/pull ups, dumbbells, with a curl bar and small amount of flat bench. Most of it will be using my own body weight. Any thoughts or has any got a good routine that's similar to that? Or has anyone done something like P90x and did a cycle that could share results? I don't have p90x but my routine is similar.
