I know this is an ancient thread but I still wanted to get some info out there for other bros...

Yes. Mine just came in and i'm trying to determine dosage schedule without compromising my natty Thyroid function.

This is 120/30mcg
T4 : T3
(Levothyroxine sodium : Liothyronine)

From what I've read it's recommend to do something like:

week 1: 1/2
week 2: 1
week 3: 2
week 4: 1
week 5: 1/2
