Daily protein intake - your thoughts?

Height: 6'2"
Weight: 265 - 270 lbs
Bodyfat - Don't take it in the offseason (guess 14%) seems to be going up the longer i've tried to stay clean

Offseason: 225 - 250g Protein
Precontest: 375 - 425g Protein

works fine for me or i wouldn't do it.

360-600g daily. I try to go with 2g per pound of body weight, but some days I just cant eat. In that case I stick to 60g of protein per meal.

Cancel that. Despite medication, my cholesterol is out of control. Eating complex carbs and protein again. And forcing myself to run every day.

anywhere from 200-250 grams per day...

I have discovered that large amounts of long-digesting carbs make me grow more than anything... rice, sweet potatos, lima beens, oatmeal...
