31 years , 5ft 9 , 240 pound , body fat high!
i am in my 8 week of my cycle , i was 205 pound , and i did put 35 pound already
cycle is
week 1-4 dbl 20 mg ed
week 1-12 Sustanon (sust) 500 ml week
week 1-11 deca 400 ml week
week 4-12 hcg 500 iu week
i got soo big , but my body fat stayed the same since the day i start .
please advise :
1 - do i have to do more cardio , people say cardio will affect the gain
2-do i have to stay on the same diet of high protein and high calories when i get off the cycle
3- i want to do another cycle in 3 months after i finish this one , what do you think the best one will be
4- i had no side affects from this cycle , no gyno , no acnes , only dizzy when i was taking dinabol
5- for my next cycle is it ok to take deca again , i just love it .
6- advise for the the deca takers , do hcg on your cycle , i am horney like a bull , i have sex 2 time daily , hcg is the best
